1. You as the customer, authorize RealTourz to contact your desired property owner on your behalf.
2. You as the customer, allow RealTourz to capture digital footage of your requested property.
3. You acknowledge that RealTourz is not a replacement for a home inspection (when buying a property) and is not licensed or authorized to perform a home inspection.
4. You authorize RealTourz to email you a link that will contain digital material related to your desired property.
5. If desired property does not allow RealTourz to film said property for any reason, you will be issued a refund in full.
